The hotel was modern, excellent value, just what we had hoped for. The staff was excellent and efficient all the time. The room was good sized with bath, and we greatly enjoyed having access to wake-up service.
The room had depressing views.

The location on a main road next to a shopping mall was fantastic. the room was beautifully maintained and functional, with all the amenities like central heating, a safe box, and multi-channel television.

The room was amazing, with comfy box spring beds that made our stay super cozy. the staff was really helpful and nice. the breakfast spread was top-notch, with a great variety of delicious foods including champagne and cheeses. 🥂.

Location, efficiency, staff. For a non business traveller the rooms are pricey (20 to 30% too high).

Great location, close to the city center and a supermarket nearby. The rooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was a highlight, with delicious German specialties like weißwurst and sweet mustard. Another advantage was the useful fridge in the room.
The decor in the rooms could use some updating, particularly the drab colors and lack of flat screen TVs. Additionally, the lack of air conditioning made the room a bit uncomfortable.

Reasonably priced business class hotel just outside the pedestrian precinct of the historic town of Reutlingen. Telephone, TV, WiFi, Minibar in room. Restaurant and bar in hotel. Several restaurants within 5 minutes walk. 15 minutes walk to main railway station through the pedestrian zone. Friendly staff. English speaking. Breakfast buffet. Underground parking. Fitness centre next door.
There are no kettle/ coffee making facilities in the room.
